The Guild is the UK’s professional trade body for Beauty Therapists, Holistic Therapist, Nail Technicians, Hairdressers and Therapy Lecturers. Only qualified professionals can join the Guild, and membership shows your clients and colleagues that you are a true professional.

The Guild is the UK’s largest provider of insurance to the professional beauty industry. Recognition
The Guild has five branches which cover the different segments of the professional beauty industry. Membership of each branch allows you to use of the appropriate initial letters after your name and have your details added to the appropriate Professional Register. Who Can Join The Guild?
If you are a qualified Beauty Therapist, Holistic Therapist, Nail Technician, Hairdresser of Therapy Lecturer you can apply for Guild membership and insurance. We accept all nationally recognised qualifications that are on the Qualification Credit Framework (QCF). These include, NVQs, SVQs, VTCT, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, City & Guilds, Edexcel, SQA, IIHHT, IHBC etc. We also accept qualifications and certificates obtained from suppliers and private training schools that have been accredited by the Guild.
